Terms for reservation
Reserve Confirmation
Pre-payment of 50% until 02 days after made the reservation;
After this date the unblock will be automatic.
Reserve Cancellation
Until 30 days before the check-in, the devolution of the pre-payment will be of 100%, less taxes;
Until 15 days before the check-in, the devolution of the pre-payment will be of 80% of the value pay;
After this date there won't be devolution of the pre-payment.
Important observations
Reservations for people under 16 must be done under consultation and and will be confirmed on the hotel criterion;
Check in from 2:00pm – Check out until 12:00pm;
We charge a 5% tax from ISS over all expenses;
Laundry services, beauty saloon and massages will be charged separate;
We are not responsible for transfers, promenades and services performed by thirds;
Payments with checks only under consultation;
Daily rate price or package above by suit;
Travel agencies comissioned on 10%
Prices not valid for packages and holidays, ask for periods;
All values described can be changed without previous warning;
On weekends, promotional daily rates will be practiced with a minimum of 2 nights;
